We loved hotel's location and rooms. Location: the venue was very close to New York, shakes restaurant, the centre. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Thoughtful staff, themed rooms and good value considering price it charged. I liked the room, the bed was lovely. Very quick check in and in general top-notch service. Really enjoyable base for shopping.

Huge, secure hotel with comfortable facilities. The staff were absolutely courteous and check-in was friendly. Sweeping view, a big balcony, super bed, too. The location was MARVELOUS, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Broadway Road. I loved to spend time in the adjoining English bar. Relaxing experience and high value for money.

I loved that hotel's lobby was great. All the employees were well managed and patient. Had delightful room with kitchenette and a very nice bathroom and teo single bed for a brilliant stay. Good food in the rooftop restaurant was the best part

exceptional location; hotel has public parking. extremely comfortable and excellent room with spacious bathroom. it's worth staying here and exploring manhattan district. near to the end of the road and us.

We loved our stay there, it was quite comfortable. The food available for continental breakfast was appetising.

Quite dark area.
